Nursery Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, is an auspicious Hindu festival celebrated every year for a duration of 10 days. This festival falls in the Bhadra month of the Hindu calendar, typically spanning from mid-August to September. Lord Ganesha, revered as the God of Wealth, Sciences, Knowledge, Wisdom, and Prosperity, is the central figure of this celebration. Ganesh Chaturthi is primarily observed in several states across India, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana.

At GT, we marked Ganesh Chaturthi by involving our toddlers in clay modeling activities to create Lord Ganesha idols. Our Nursery kids thoroughly enjoyed this creative endeavor, which not only brought them joy but also helped enhance their fine motor skills. Once the clay modeling was completed, we captured beautiful pictures of the Ganesha idols. These clay models, crafted with love by our Nursery kids, were then presented to them as takeaways. All our little ones left with happy and beaming smiles on their faces.
